2006 – Schenck Process Group

Welcome to this new era for Schenck Process.

Within Carl Schenck AG, Schenck Process had increasingly grown into a stand-alone business and this had led to a management buyout in December 2005.

The vision behind this most natural of evolutions was to create the platform for Schenck Process to be developed with greater focus and efficiency with the core aim remaining the creation of long lasting, satisfied customers.

Following the acquisition of Stock Equipment Company, the manifestation of this vision was the June 2006 creation of the Schenck Process Group.
